AS1428.1, Design for Access and Mobility Part 1, is the standard that sets out the actual dimensions for making a building accessible, things like path widths, ramp gradients, door clearances, and bathroom layouts.

The NCC and the Disability (Access to Premises, Buildings) Standards point to AS1428.1 as a deemed-to-satisfy way of meeting accessibility requirements.
